Rancho Santa Fe -1- by Zuniga Group Inc. Zuniga Group Inc. is excited to introduce the Rancho Santa Fe -1- landscaping , an exciting renovation which sets a new standard in outdoor aesthetics for Riverside County. Serving the communities of Chino, Corona, Grand Terrace, Perris, Riverside, and Idyllwild, our staff set off on this ambitious venture with the idea of creating a landscape that was both peaceful yet vibrant. The called for a sophisticated mixture of plant material consisting of lush, drought tolerant species suited to the Southern California climate, ensuring a pleasing aesthetic while being easy on the planet. Premium materials were carefully selected, including natural stone walkways and custom built wood pergolas which create a casual, yet classy feel for the area. Modern irrigation systems were installed to promote water conservation while keeping the landscape lush and manicured. One of the main problems posed was the sloped nature of the property, making extensive plans necessary for the proper drainage and curtailing erosion. Custom terraced garden beds were constructed to solve these issues, as well as to provide visual interest leaving a sense of depth to the items that created maximum effect. The ultimate result of the Rancho Santa Fe -1- is an attractive landscape which combines aspects of beauty and practicality to provide a perfect balance. A peaceful sitting area is surrounded by carefully chosen flowering material inviting relaxation which at the same time, soothes the mind with the tinkling of water features in the background. The clients were very pleased with the total transformation of their area to the extent that an answer given at the conclusion of our initial meeting was, “Our outdoor space seems to be an extension of our home itself, and will be a great place to unwind and entertain guests.” Zuniga Group Inc. is setting the standard in quality landscaping and we feel that Rancho Santa Fe -1- is an excellent example of our great devotion to quality and customer satisfaction.
