Curb Appeal - Before & After by Thompson's Landscaping Thompson's Landscaping is proud to share our latest , "Curb Appeal - Before & After." We believe this illustrates our attention to quality and detail that we offer to the communities of Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, Oak Ridge North, Pinehurst, Shenandoah, Spring, The Woodlands, and Tomball. This started with a tired, off-putting front yard with overgrown hedges and worn concrete pathways. Our team met with the homeowners to discuss their vision - to create a lively and welcoming outdoor space to enhance their property's appearance. This presented some challenges including uneven terrain and poor soil quality. We needed to incorporate grading techniques and soil amendments to ensure a proper growing medium for new plants. Our team replaced an outdated concrete walkway and path with a new interlocking paver path that complements the landscape and allows for durability and maintenance. For plant material, we selected a beautiful selection of native plants that would grow well in the local climate and flowering inspire beauty throughout the entire year. Bright flowering perennials arranged away from textured, lush shrubs created a stunning color palette that attractive the eye. The addition of strategic landscape lighting enhanced the scene at night, filling the surroundings with warmth and welcoming ambiance. The outcome was breathtaking. The homeowners were ecstatic their new front yard and improvement in curb appeal. The properties exterior improved functional outdoor space and increased the value of the property; the stands out among neighboring homes.
