About This Project

Overview: Modern Landscape New Build & Design New Design and Build by Modern Landscape a transformation of outdoor living solutions for our clients who reside in the Boise area. Our scope included designing a beautiful landscape that integrated into the natural setting of the area in communities such as Eagle, Garden City, Meridian, Star, Middleton, Nampa & Caldwell. An expansive stone patio, colorful flower beds, and a soothing water feature were all part of this larger design . We incorporated durable, locally sourced stone for the hardscape: natural materials make it last while keeping the natural appearance. Lush perennial borders gracefully edged the patio, and annuals punched it up with color. The property had a very uneven footing to it, which was really one of the biggest problems we encountered. The team used all their experience in grading the land, also, to prepare different levels where the plants would be, improving the view as this is a multi-level garden, but most specifically, improving drainage issues. We also set up an efficient irrigation system that sustainably provided to the watering needs of the different plant types. The end result was a stunning outdoor area that the client could not have imagined, a backyard oasis! The end result was a beautiful place combining useful hardscaping, individualized planting and deliberate design that worked well for entertaining or unwinding relaxations. This new build and design was fitted with the highest standard of workmanship and care to make not just a landscape but a lifestyle experience become a reality that we are very proud of for our clients and they will want to enjoy for years to come.
