Summary: BAYPOINT House - Frontyard The Landscaping People, Inc. takes great pride in designing the BAYPOINT House - Frontyard - a front yard transformation that redefined curb appeal in South Florida and beyond. Our team embraced the challenge of creating a stunning front yard that would harmoniously blend beauty and function - serving homeowners in Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines and the surrounding communities. The was designed using a palette of plants that highlighted native plants of South Florida, including hibiscus and ornamental grasses, and that would thrive in the South Florida climate while limiting water consumption. High-quality materials like natural stone pathways and decorative gravel were also used, which provided a hard surface that would serve as a durable and visual guide to visitors as they explored different areas of the landscape. Furthermore, our team of craftsmen confronted the challenge of uneven terrain, leveling and grading the ground to allow for natural drainage and stabilization. Practices that were environmentally/energy conscious were taken into account, like installing an irrigation system that would minimize water consumption and prolong the life of the plants. Furthermore, artificial LEDs were cleverly placed in key locations throughout the to enhance the safety of the pathways, as well as create an inviting atmosphere to welcome the family of the home to enjoy the exterior of the home day or night. Ultimately, the culmination of the resulted in a front yard that exceeded the expectations of the client followed by elevating the aesthetics (beauty) of the BAYPOINT residence overall. Not only did the landscaping add a beautiful visual appeal, it also contributed to the quality of life that the residents were seeking. The Landscaping People, Inc. created an incredible landscape disguise as an outdoor living space that embraced the vibrance and beauty of living life in South Florida. In return, the clients were ecstatic to have a new outdoor living space for family and friends that harmoniously blends class and sustainability together beautifully.
