Total Landscape Renovation by Z.O. Landscaping Z.O. Landscaping is excited to showcase the "Total Landscape Renovation" , a new Z.O. Landscaping just finished for one of our long-time customers located in the beautiful area of Westfield. This included a complete transformation of both the front and back yards into one seamless outdoor space that was both beautiful and functional. First, our team dug in with a thorough site analysis, and realized the challenges presented on the hillside and with existing drainage in the property. Our solution to these, was the professional installation of multiple levels of beautiful retaining walls from natural stone that sets the tone of the property and directs water runoff. This renovation showcased a unique paver patio specifically designed for entertaining, along with a colourful selection of landscaping. In our garden, we used a range of local native plants and ornamental grasses and other plants where we have ensured minimum maintenance while improving ecology. They brought in a modern irrigation system to help keep the plant life lush while making better use of the water supply, as well as promoting growth. In the evenings, we installed spots of some strategically placed LED lighting to help set the ambience to something more cozy. A fire pit area was included for cozy family and friends gatherings, making this outdoor space even more functional! The end product was nothing less than stunning a stunning but utilitarian landscape that is true to the client aesthetic and enhances the curb appeal and value of the home. The client was extremely happy with her 'new' home, saying that the craftsmanship, , and expectation management all exceeded her expectations. At Z.O.
