HICCO LIFESTYLE Entrance stairs are one of our most recent s and represents the perfect scheme for stylish and contemporary living. We designed and built a beautiful set of entrance stairs for this located in the cute community of Rochester that adds a lot of curb appeal while creating a welcoming entrance to the home. We started with an extensive consulting to clarify the wishes of the client. We chose bluestone for the treads and limestone for the risers but did our best to make them complement each other and blend with the exterior of the home. It included a gradual slope to allow for safety and accessibility while still appearing elegant. The uneven nature of the land and the lack of space for construction posed unique challenges in this . Our talented group successfully worked through those challenges using smart grading methods and external retaining walls that blend into the existing topography. This both stabilized the stairs and provided space for lovely planting beds on both sides, filled with easy-to-care-for native plants that thrive in our local climate. The end result is a stunning entrypoint, complete with wide, welcoming steps and beautiful landscaping that makes a gorgeous and lovely entrance to the home. Our client was even more pleased with their new outdoor space and the was completed on schedule and within budget!
