CM Residence by Verde Vertical Inc. Verde Vertical Inc. proudly showcases the CM Residence , which demonstrates our high standards in landscape design and installation work in the US, The Caribbean, and Latin America. The CM Residence involved designing and installing an outdoor living space that was well-defined and luxurious yet integrated with nature in a functional and aesthetic way. The centerpiece of the CM Residence is a garden that shows a thoughtful selection of plants with both native and exotic species selected for their hardiness and striking color. The garden is designed with layers of plantings in order to provide visual interest and seasonality to the garden's features so it will be beautiful and engaging throughout the year. A customizable stone pathway made of local granite connects areas of the garden together and brings people into the landscape where they feel closer to nature and encouraged to discover and explore. The property backyard came with unique challenges of sloped grade. Our skilled crew took this challenge and developed terraced garden beds and eco-friendly retaining walls reclaimed from wood. These retaining walls provided both function as well as rustic authenticity. Visioning and enabling sustainability, we were able to install an irrigation system that enabled efficient water use and kept plants healthy. In the end, the CM Residence provides a successful outdoor oasis with the client's desire and lifestyle in mind. The design incorporates showering water feature area, custom seating, and ambient lighting to create a relaxing and entertaining space. Clients are grateful and contracted us for our attention to detail and high quality craftsmanship that transformed their outdoor environment into their own retreat.
