In the Elegance on Beaver Lake project, EGA undertook a comprehensive remodel and expansion of a home nestled on the picturesque Sammamish Plateau in Washington. This transformation involved reimagining the existing structure to enhance both its aesthetic appeal and functionality, ultimately creating a space that is as elegant as it is inviting. The architectural vision included replacing the core of the house with a grand soaring structure that not only captures breathtaking views of Beaver Lake but also establishes a cohesive connection between the front and back areas of the property. The design choice to emphasize outdoor living played a crucial role in the project, as it allowed for the creation of distinct outdoor spaces on either side of the home. A covered outdoor area on the Entry side provides a serene vantage point overlooking a beautifully designed water feature and pond, offering a peaceful retreat that complements the interior spaces. Notably, the kitchen also benefits from this scenic view, enhancing the everyday dining experience with a touch of nature. Inside, considerable attention was given to the Master Suite, which was ingeniously crafted within the footprint of what was previously a Playroom. This thoughtful redesign resulted in a luxurious retreat that combines comfort and elegance, featuring high-end finishes and ample natural light. Additionally, an Executive Suite was added above a new three-car garage, providing a functional and private workspace that meets the demands of modern living. Throughout the project, high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship were prioritized, ensuring that every detail reflects a commitment to excellence. The outcome is a stunning residence that marries sophistication with practicality, making it an ideal home for entertaining and relaxation alike.
