The St Phillip Project stands as a testament to our commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovative design. This extensive renovation of a 1800 sqft 1950s home began with a complete demolition down to the studs, allowing us to address the eclectic layout that had accumulated various remodels over the decades. We meticulously planned and executed a comprehensive overhaul that included new electrical, plumbing, insulation, and HVAC systems, ensuring the home met modern standards while preserving its midcentury charm. In reimagining the space, we focused on a layout that promotes both functionality and flow. The kitchen, a focal point of the home, was transformed into a vibrant gathering place. Incorporating sleek cabinetry and high-end appliances, we created an inviting atmosphere that blends seamlessly with the adjacent living room. The bathrooms also received a complete facelift, featuring contemporary fixtures and thoughtful design choices that marry vintage aesthetics with modern convenience. In addition to the interior transformations, we recognized the potential for enhancing the home’s outdoor space. We enclosed part of the garage to create a dedicated home office, providing a quiet and inspiring environment for productivity. The remaining garage space was converted into a charming covered porch, perfect for neighborhood gatherings and a safe haven for local children to play.
