Burgess Residence - Stevenson Ranch Allstate Landscape & Southwest Greens is excited to showcase the transformation of the Burgess Residence in Stevenson Ranch. This demonstrates our commitment to craftsmanship and artistry by creating an outdoor space that merges function with beauty in a residential landscape; we are proud to showcase a new way to embrace outdoor California living. The began with a thorough assessment of existing property, which presented the challenges of non-level grade and limiting outdoor space. After fully understanding the conditions, we created a multi-tiered design that maximized usable space, while considering drainage and stability. We introduced an inviting blend of native and drought-tolerant plants that compliment the home’s natural beauty. Materials such as natural stone pathways and composite decking were selected in consideration to create a harmonious aesthetic with the home. The central feature of the landscape is a water feature that serves as an oasis to sit around and fulfills the need for a visual, as well as, an auditory focal point. Finally, we included ambient lighting to allow for the seamless transition from daytime into an evening experience. Every feature was designed and integrated to provide comfort and lower maintenance with longevity, as we take pride in our craftsmanship. The end product is an astonishing brilliantly designed outdoor space that exceeds our client's dreams and hopes. The Burgess Residence is now a dynamic venue for family gatherings and a tranquil escape. Our collaboration has diversified a struggling landscape into a beautiful optimized setting filled with vitality and has highlighted the passion and expertise that we put into our work for landscaping.
