The Reserve at Lake Keowee (PR) Completed by: CMHP Design, LLC CMHP Design, LLC is proud to present 'The Reserve at Lake Keowee (PR)' landscaping , an exceptional set in the beautiful landscape of Lake Keowee. Serving the heart of the Upstate of South Carolina and extending into North Carolina and Georgia, CMHP Design, LLC tackled the challenge of taking this beautiful location and turning it into a peaceful haven for residents and visitors alike. The consisted of a thoughtful layout that incorporated gardens, walking paths, and social areas for relaxation. Using high quality materials and local sources, we incorporated native plants that enhanced the beauty of the feature and promoted sustainability. Our stone pathways and retaining walls matched the site’s topography and provided durability, longevity, and an appealing look. One of the main challenges we faced was the steep slope, which included creatively grading the site for level areas for gardens and patios that would not disrupt the natural landscape. With ingenuity, we presented drainage solutions to manage water nicely and to avoid site erosion. The final product is a beautiful outside oasis, which includes colorful flower beds, shaping hedges and friendly seating for socialization and relaxation. A sophisticated water feature acts as the centerpiece for the garden, which attracts local wildlife and provides calming sounds and waterfall characteristics. Clients expressed how amazed they were with the transition of the space. They appreciated our attention to detail and exemplary craftsmanship. Conclusively, 'The Reserve at Lake Keowee (PR)' is a reflection of CMHP Design, LLC’s commitment to providing beautiful landscapes that add value while allowing for form and function to coincide with the local environments and community.
