In the midst of one of the most beautiful areas of California's natural landscape is a neighborhood called the Estancia Collection, designed by Architerra Design Group. This is a shining example of our commitment to quality and innovation in landscaping, proudly serving the diverse communities of Chino, Chino Hills, Claremont, Eastvale, Fontana, Glen Avon, Jurupa Valley, Los Serranos, Mira Loma, Montclair, Ontario, Pedley, Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, San Antonio Heights, Sunnyslope, and Upland. The Estancia Collection also beautifully idyllic-lined components perfectly made in both form and function. We used quality materials like local stone, low water native plants, and sustainable hardscaping to design functional but beautiful outdoor spaces. It includes large terraces for entertaining, winding paths that lead guests through lush gardens, and gentle water features that create harmony in the atmosphere. The flatter topography of the site was one of the primary concerns that we had to work out how to tackle. We addressed these issues through careful grading and terracing, creating the controlled drainage required without compromising the organic nature of the design. It results in a continuous canvas that joins the natural elements of the land to the more refined elements of the design. The Estancia Collection was final touch that exceeded the aesthetic expectations for their property as a whole, creating an oasis portrait of their lifestyle and values.
