Los Feliz Landscaping by Paradise Gardens Landscape Design Inc. In the bustling Los Feliz neighborhood, the Los Feliz from Paradise Gardens Landscape Design Inc. represents a design that combines beauty and function to transform an average outdoor space into a beautiful retreat. We aim to serve the beautiful Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, and neighboring cities with high quality craftsmanship in every aspect of design. This landscape design consists of a colorful palette of native California plants, selected for their beauty, durability, and low maintenance, keeping an environmental focus in mind to create a space that can withstand the elements and still be maintained year round. To connect the various areas we carefully planned a beautiful stone pathway, made of locally sourced flagstone weaving through the garden. We constructed a one of a kind, cedar wood pergola with climbing jasmine providing shade for sitting areas. This practical design feature creates both shade and height. Height is an important element in landscaping which enhances any garden experience. We had challenges with the sloped conditions of the site. The challenge of creating level planting beds to capture soil and properly mitigate drainage were carefully thought through and executed. Our team skillfully constructed retaining walls with beautiful natural boulders as the main construction material. The retaining wall not only provided proper drainage but added a ruggedness to the design. Lastly, we incorporated a tranquil water feature that serves as a focal point and peaceful sound, happily flowing from the peak of the feature down into the multiple pools located in a small garden surrounding the seating area. The tranquil water feature eases sound, reaches out to nature, and serves as a therapeutic personal retreat for the owners. As a final outcome, this is a stunning outdoor retreat that meets and exceeds our client's design expectations.
