Spanish Modern by Paradise Gardens Landscape Design Inc. Located in Los Angeles, the landscaping 'Spanish Modern' displays a combination of contemporary design with Spanish influence, constructed and imagined by Paradise Gardens Landscape Design Inc. The result has exquisite transformation that embodies Southern California's lush beauty and modern elegant sophistication for our discerning clientele. The was comprised of a thoughtfully designed landscape, embracing the use of native drought-tolerant plantings for sustainability and aesthetics. We designed a series of smooth concrete and slip-resistant terracotta tiles as pathways that flow seamlessly while adding beauty, function, and warmth with the rich hardwood decking. Drought-tolerant native plantings were incorporated as well as a showpiece natural stone water feature adding mood and ambiance for relaxing and entertaining with friends and family. At dusk, we strategically placed exterior lighting to highlight the most stunning visuals in the landscape. During construction, our team faced challenges with the uneven existing site conditions and infrastructure that had to be incorporated and abided by. Planning required careful thought; however, mitigation techniques such as our excavation and grading strategies and drainage solutions provided great responses to any site issues during construction while creating a beautiful functional landscape. The vibrant color palette incorporates thick floriferous bougainvillea, fragrant lavender, and ornamental grasses to support the theme of modern and Spanish influence. The outcome is a gorgeous outdoor oasis for relaxing, entertaining, great seating area, and outdoor firepit to sit by and enjoy the evening ambience with family and friends.
