The patio features an exceptionally crafted paver stone foundation, sporting durable Belgard pavers high quality materials that reflect the charm of city streets centuries ago. We added native plantings that thrive in the area to surround the patio that are not only lovely but also sustainable. Ornamental grasses and flowering shrubs were chosen to add color and texture throughout the year with little maintenance needed. Top of the line facilties Our property was rather uneven in places which was one of the main obstacles we faced. As always, our team did an excellent job in managing the land by crafting the perfect grade to make sure that the land drains properly; from permeable pavers strategically placed to a custom-built overflow system for places that we cannot let rainwater at all to avoid stagnant water collection. Such fine attention to detail serves not only to preserve the landscape, but also to prolong the life of materials. A new natural stone fire pit was also added to create a cozy gathering space for family and friends on those warm Miami evenings. Energy-efficient LED ambient lighting has been seamlessly incorporated in the design with fixtures that emphasizes the architectural features of the patio along with greenery creating a magical retreat at night. The end result is a stunning outdoor sanctuary that combines art and utility with sustainability.
