The Gresham Street Master Bathroom project in Springfield, VA, transformed an outdated and awkward Jack-and-Jill bathroom layout into a sophisticated en suite master bathroom while enhancing the overall functionality of the space. Originally featuring two toilets, two vanities, and a single vintage mint green tub/shower, the design required creative modifications to existing walls and the removal of a small linen closet. This strategic reconfiguration allowed for the division of the space into two distinct bathrooms, with an emphasis on creating a tranquil and modern environment for the master suite. The design choices for the master bathroom embraced a soothing palette of warm grays, which imparted a sense of calm and sophistication.
