The Rocky Point Circle project is a stunning transformation of a Northstar condominium, which has been lovingly remodeled to serve as a full-time residence for its homeowner since 2020. The primary focus of this renovation was to create a bright, open, and inviting kitchen that harmonizes with a mountain-cottage aesthetic, addressing the challenges posed by the original kitchen's dark, dated, and enclosed layout. To achieve this vision, the design team undertook significant structural changes, most notably the removal of an overhead wooden canopy that previously divided the kitchen from the adjacent dining and family rooms. This pivotal alteration not only opened up the space but also enhanced the flow between the kitchen and living areas, facilitating a more social and functional environment. The reconfigured kitchen features custom cabinetry that balances style and storage, complemented by elegant countertops and a chic backsplash that together evoke a sense of rustic charm. A key highlight of the remodel is the installation of panel-ready GE Monogram appliances, which seamlessly integrate into the cabinetry, maintaining the kitchen's cohesive look.
