CASA D by Availle Landscape Availle Landscape is thrilled to share the CASA D based on our exquisite makeover in the heart of Coral Gables. In this article, we applaud this landscaping that displays our and craftmenship worthy of any dreams we have tailored after our clients. The hardscape and softscape elements were the perfect blend in this . Our team carefully chose high-end natural stone pavers to create beautiful, durable pathways and patios to suit not only the character of the property, but also the unpredictability of the coastal climate. Filling the surroundings with native blooms, such as bougainvilleas and jasmine, the native plantings were grouped to provide color all year and perfume for human and local pollinators alike. The varied topography of the site has some of the most challenging drainage solutions on the . Through a combination of drainage trenching and swales that we designed, our landscape architects were able to control the flow of water while keeping shrubs intact. Custom built retaining walls not only added functinality but depth to the overall scape. The absolute centerpiece of CASA D is the extravagant outdoor lounge area with a beautiful fire pit complimented by soft seating ideal for entertaining among the stars. Ambient lighting accentuates the best of what the landscape has to offer as this outdoor sanctuary can be enjoyed well into the nighttime. The end result of CASA D was nothing shy of spectacular, bringing the client splendour with a perfect match of nature and design.
