About This Project

CASA O By Aveille Landscape CASA O is Aveille Landscape we do it proudlyJOB located in the heart of Aventura. A welcoming respite from South Florida, this large exterior area that responds to the unique aesthetics and natural wonders of the region has been seamlessly sited within the natural landscape principles while utilizing modern design language. The meticulously selected assortment of native plants supports the ecosystem of the landscape and minimizes the use of water. A colourful mix of tropical plants such as hibiscus, jasmine and palm trees were introduced to provide year-round colour and texture. Incorporating sustainable materials like pervious pavers and native stone helps with drainage and looks good, too. The property was also really sloped, which posed one of our biggest challenges. Keen engineers, our skilful team crafted impressive racks for tiered planting pads that offered intrigue and solved the drainage issues preventing erosion and plant health. Additionally, we implemented a new irrigation system with rain sensors that will help to conserve water while keeping the landscape green and beautiful. The crowning jewel of CASA O is the glorious outdoor entertainment area, including a unique fire pit with stunning seating arrangements and a gorgeous water feature for a relaxing setting. A perfect area for having family get-togethers or peaceful evenings stargazing. However, once complete, this transformation achieved our client had hoped for a perfect balance of function and form! CASA O is our proud example of what Aveille Landscape believes in when it comes to excellence in landscaping, innovation and sustainability all wrapped into a great getaway for our clientele to enjoy in the beautiful communities of Aventura, Bal Harbour and beyond.
