That was just under the tip of the ice berg of issues we had to deal with: The uneven terrain of the property, soil prep in addition to the grading we needed done to the property to help control water/runoff since the entire property is set on a slope where we are 'at the top of the hill', making it imperitive we control the water runoff directly to our property from both the neighbours, and any potential standng water going into our basement once built! This important rule posed a challenge for our talented team who used creative landscaping practices to develop a gradual slope that diverts rainwater runoff away from the home but still looks great. The outcome is an integration of hardscape and softscape that our customer loved. The artificial turf makes for an ideal play space for kids and pets, while the well-selected plants and stones make it a cozy place to hang out and chill.
