Highland House is an embodiment of architectural simplicity, thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the picturesque setting of Issaquah Highlands. Spanning 3,000 square feet, the residence features a striking central core, augmented by double-high ceilings that create an inviting atmosphere. This central space serves as the heart of the home, flanked by two distinct wings—each purposefully designed to cater to different lifestyle needs. The gable roof offers a contemporary interpretation of classic design, seamlessly blending modern aesthetics with timeless charm. Throughout the first story, sleek concrete floors provide a durable and sophisticated base, while the walls, dressed in crisp white, are beautifully complemented by light hardwood cabinetry. A playful touch is introduced in the kitchen, where bumblebee yellow drawers inject a vibrant pop of color, enhancing the overall warmth of the space. The kitchen and expansive living area work in unison, creating an ideal environment for both relaxation and entertaining. The east wing is dedicated to family activities, featuring a spacious 600 square-foot exercise and sunroom that invites natural light to flood in, alongside a swimming pool and a designated area for ping-pong.
