Our recent in North Dallas is a perfect example of this philosophy. This large outdoor living area was designed to be an oasis for family and social gatherings, with a beautiful mix of hardscaping and softscaping. To create an inviting environment, we used a custom stone patio made from high-quality, locally-sourced flagstone for durability and beauty. The outdoor kitchen offers a high-end grill, granite countertops and shaded bar area to anchor culinary adventures and social gatherings under the Texas sky. An issue was created by the uneven sloping of the backyard that required innovative structural solutions for drainage and stabilization. Our experienced team was more than equipped to address this as the ground was leveled and a drainage system, which preserves the beauty of the landscape, was discreetly incorporated. To further enhance the mood, we included a variety of native plants, particularly selected for their resilience and low-maintenance needs. Surrounding the space, lush greenery and colorful flower beds offer seasonal color and attract wildlife. We included a beautiful water feature where it acts as a centerpiece and offers soothing sounds to the space. The LED landscape lighting exposed features of the area, making it comfortable and usable after dark. In the end, there is a nice blend of comfort and class that allow the backyard area to be a true outdoor escape, which the clients can enjoy all year. Each aspect of the Outdoor Living Space helped improve the appearance of the property and simultaneously increase the value to provide a perfect environment for relaxing or entertaining in the heart of North Dallas.
