The utility room exemplifies our commitment to excellence, beauty and creativity, which we were proud to complete in the charming town of Loveland, Colorado. This backyard renovation included a full scale multi-functional design in which relaxation and entertainment blended perfectly. The highlight of the renovation included custom patios made of heavy duty, high quality pavers giving a great base for outdoor activities. Also surrounding the patios mature, lush native plantings that were drought tolerant were installed adding to the beauty and eco-friendly aspect of the . One challenge we encountered with the site was that it was sloped and the grading and installation of a few retaining walls was necessary to create a flat area for the patios and sitting areas. The stone used for the walls was quarried in the selection of a stone that would finish naturally and in accordance with the landscape. There was an attractive fire pit to extend the enjoyment of the backyard areas, particularly on those chilly evenings with comfortable seating surrounding it to enhance family gatherings. In an effort to allow continuous enjoyment of the yards we also employed the use of full landscape lighting in order to accent the beauty of the plantings and the efficiency of the design, giving a fantastic ambiance in the evenings. The completed of this beautiful outdoor setting exceeded the expectations of our clients and accomplished its design purpose of being the center for entertaining family and friends.
