This was aimed at creating a functional and visually appealing outdoor space for our clients, providing them with a stunning outdoor retreat. The comprised the building of stone stairs and a large patio area, in an array of high quality natural stone and pavers that match with the surrounding landscape. Our team carefully selected quality materials that looked durable and blended beautifully with the pre-existing environment as we strive to create outdoor spaces that looks timeless. One of the initial challenges we faced with the three properties was their sloped properties, which required creative design solutions that used stairs that were safe to use and accessible. Our experienced team applied engineering design principles to ensure the stairs were not only aesthetically pleasing, but safe and secure. We were also concern making sure we installed proper drainage solutions to avoid water pooling, which could cause some issues with the survival of the patio in the long run as well as its structural integrity. In the end, our clients received a great outdoor retreat that met their functional space needs and some equity into their properties. The large patio provided plenty of space for entertaining, and the stairs provided access to different layers of the garden.
