This endeavor epitomizes our dedication to quality and craftsmanship, a synthesis of functionality and flair. At the heart of this is a beautiful, multi-level natural bluestone patio that gives a fancy and timeless feel but also a great surface for working outdoors. We then designed a landscape with colorful, native plants that are most comfortable in the Long Island climate, making a perfect setting for the outdoor patio. A focal point is the custom-built fire pit made of handcrafted stone that offers the perfect spot for cozy evenings under the stars. Our main challenge was that our backyard was very sloped. With a deft hand, our team created terraced gardens such that their contours addressed drainage challenges while also providing a visual interest. A variety of perennials guaranteed color and texture in every season on each terrace. After completing the landscaping we used soft outdoor lighting to draw attention to the hardscapes and landscaping features while also providing soft light for an inviting atmosphere outdoors in the evenings. A cutting edge irrigation system allows the plants to thrive with just little effort put in. The end product is an immaculate outdoor sanctuary that harmonizes with the overall design of the house and offers the residents an ideal place to unwind and entertain. The client was thrilled with the transformation stating that they now have a backyard that is fully functioning and an extension of their living space.
