Vintage Brick Walkway - B & B Outdoor Solutions LLC This involved the installation of a 'Vintage Brick Walkway' in the middle of a quaint neighborhood and exemplifies the craftsmanship that B & B Outdoor Solutions LLC is known for. Serving the beautiful neighborhoods of Arlington, Auburndale, and further afield, this took the pathway and created a focal point that enhances the curb appeal of the home. Reclaimed vintage bricks were used to create a walkway that has both beauty and durability and is sustainable and eco-friendly. The rich color variations in each brick create a warm inviting path that coordinates beautifully with the surrounding landscape of the home. Each brick added to the overall character of the pathway, charm that can rarely be replicated with modern bricks. Our biggest hurdle was the uneven and inconsistent slope of the existing path. Our team was able to bring in enough soil and level everything off before creating a solid base to provide a long-lasting and stable walkway. By sloping the path, proper drainage was provided away from the home to resolve potential water issues. Additionally, beautiful native plantings in the border with mulch were installed to soften the hardscape and provide bursts of color and texture throughout the seasons. The walkway ultimately showcased a beautiful transition from the driveway to the front porch, inviting guests to visit the beautiful garden behind the home. The homeowner was absolutely thrilled with the transformation and stated that the Vintage Brick Walkway has become one of their favorite aspects of their outdoor space.
