- 2017 s by Green Spaces Landscaping In 2017, Green Spaces Landscaping executed a bold demonstrating our commitment to quality throughout several neighborhoods in Bellevue, Kirkland, and Mercer Island. This extensive landscape evolved several residential sites into vibrant outdoor rooms, blending nature with sophisticated design. Meaningful, native plant gardens, to support biodiversity, were established on each site. Elegant stone paths were laid down using basalt sourced from the nearby, Cascade foothills. The terrain created challenges, including steep slopes and poor drainage, which we overcame by achieving innovative grading solutions and establishing rain gardens to assist with drainage. Quality materials were brought in for each component, such as reclaimed wood used in raised garden beds, to permeable pavers supporting good water drainage which further improved the sustainable landscape. The resulted in lovely outdoor living rooms, with custom fire pits and seating areas that encouraged rest and socializing. The clients remarked how happy they were to see their outdoor spaces transformed into lush, welcoming rooms that felt connected with nature, beautiful and comfortable additions to their homes. The enhanced the look of their home, but most importantly improved their outdoor experience, demonstrating Green Spaces Landscaping's consistent commitment to quality and client satisfaction from throughout the greater Seattle area.
