About This Project

The Parkside Kitchen project exemplifies the transformative power of thoughtful design and skilled craftsmanship in a classic Tudor home. Originally, the kitchen was characterized by a dark and cramped layout that hindered functionality for the family. Our approach involved a series of strategic modifications aimed at maximizing space and enhancing natural light, resulting in a vibrant and inviting culinary hub. To achieve this, we removed two interior walls, effectively merging the kitchen with what was previously a mudroom. This seamless integration not only expanded the kitchen's footprint but also created a more open and airy atmosphere. In addition to these changes, we designed a small 100 square foot addition filled with expansive windows that now houses a charming dining area. The influx of natural light from these windows significantly brightens the space, making it the perfect setting for family gatherings and daily meals. The centerpiece of the new kitchen is a large island that serves multiple purposes, from food preparation to casual dining. The island is crafted from high-quality materials, reflecting both durability and elegance, and it is complemented by custom cabinetry that offers ample storage while maintaining a cohesive design aesthetic. The choice of light-colored finishes and modern fixtures further enhances the kitchen's bright ambiance, creating a welcoming environment that the family can enjoy for years to come. Every detail of the Parkside Kitchen was meticulously planned and executed by our team, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship throughout.
