About This Project

Infinity Construction undertook a remarkable transformation of an early 1980s home in West Knoxville, breathing new life into a residence that had not seen significant updates since its original completion. The project, aptly named Modern Makeover 2022, involved a comprehensive redesign of the primary living areas, including the kitchen, pantry, laundry, half bath, master bedroom, master bath, master closet, and designated future art and dining spaces. Our dedicated team collaborated closely with a local interior coordinator to ensure that every detail aligned with the vision of a modern yet functional home. To begin the transformation, we focused on the kitchen, opting for sleek, contemporary cabinetry paired with high-end appliances that seamlessly blend style with utility. The layout was reimagined to promote an open concept that enhances flow and interaction among spaces. The master suite received a luxurious upgrade, featuring a spa-like bathroom complete with modern fixtures, a freestanding soaking tub, and elegant tile work that creates a serene retreat. Significant attention was also given to the entry level, where we designed and installed two custom doors that lead into a welcoming entry holding room. This innovative area serves as a transition space, enhancing the overall aesthetic and functionality of the home. In addition, we eliminated the closed-in hip-high wall that previously overlooked the primary floor, replacing it with an open balcony that invites light and provides an airy ambiance. The culmination of these efforts resulted in a stunning modern home that harmoniously balances comfort and sophistication. Each element was meticulously crafted, showcasing our commitment to quality and design excellence. The transformation of this West Knoxville residence stands as a testament to Infinity Construction's expertise, providing our clients with a rejuvenated space where they can unwind and enjoy their home to the fullest.
