Ava Ave JDS Outdoor Designs is excited to present the beautiful redesign of Ava Ave, a prominent landscape located in downtown Los Angeles. Our team was requested to transform a quaint residential yard into a tranquil outdoor experience for the homeowner, whilst establishing synergy with the neighborhood. The establishes an elegant balance of native plantings, drought tolerant plants and landscape green to create visual appeal, whilst enhancing amelioration. Quality building materials, including stone pathways sourced locally and custom wood planters to enhance the quality of the outdoor space, were selected with care. The tranquil water feature elevates the property to an inviting outdoor environment that encourages relaxation and offers accessible tranquil sounds. One concern included relocating the slope to allow for the plants to drain adequately and the soil to support the plantings. To highlight usability while creating planning depth, design specs included terraced plant beds. Our design team developed innovations to work through these challenges, while focusing on czar quality through all facets of the . The finished design is breath taking and reflects the homeowner vision and desire for a tranquil retreat in their landscapes. The landscaped gardens, flowering plants, relishing secluded seating areas create a comforting environment for families to gather for memorable Sunday brunches or quiet evenings. The homeowner couldn't be happier with the result of design plans, walking through the seamless combination of prestige and purpose in the finished design.
