This was also an opportunity to choose a variety of lively perennials, ornamental grasses, and evergreen shrubs to play on textures and colors throughout the seasons. This required proper planning and consideration of the terrain and any existing tree roots as the progressed through phases where smoothed out areas had to be backfilled.
