Backyard Landscaping by JM3 Property Maintenance Services We at JM3 Property Maintenance Services have just concluded an amazing backyard landscaping for a client in San Antonio, TX - flip their backyard from a standard outdoor space to an inviting oasis. Serving City Areas and neighborhoods of Balcones Heights, Castle Hills, Cross Mountain, Grey Forest, Helotes, JBSA Lackland, Lackland Air Force Base, Leon Valley, Shavano Park, and the larger Bexar County area, we take pride in setting the highest standard for quality and creativeness. This was based on converting a back yard a functional outdoor space that would complement their existing desert style architecture while creating a space for both relaxation and entertainment. We made a point to use high quality materials, including natural stone pavers for their patio. This not only made for a beautiful surface but a more durable surface under the conditions of the Texas climate. We incorporated an array of native plants, shrubs, and colorful perennials with the intention of supporting local biodiversity and reducing maintenance required for the landscape grading, but while also creating visual interest to the landscape. One of our challenges was the uneven surface. Our crew effectively graded the land, created proper drainage, while keeping a visually appealing set of tiers to provide depth. The custom fire pit was installed on this top tier, with a nice set of seating around it to create a gathering area for family and guests, especially during the evenings. The end product was beautiful and the client was very excited their new backyard - which fit perfectly with the lush green with hardscaping elements. Something we achieved that exceeded the client's expectations was the new outdoor living area that they can use all year long. JM3 Property Maintenance Services was glad to see the outdoor space transformed into a uniquely personalized landscape that contributes to increased personal lifestyle.
