Retention Walls and Backyard Walkway JM3 Property Maintenance Services is happier than ever to announce the successful completion of the 'Retention Walls and Backyard Walkway' for the stunning communities of Balcones Heights, Castle Hills, Cross Mountain, Grey Forest, Helotes, JBSA Lackland, Lackland Air Force Base, Leon Valley, San Antonio, and Shavano Park in Bexar County. This 's goal was to improve the functional and aesthetic enjoyment of this client's backyard while addressing residential drainage resulting from unlevel ground. Our professionals designed and built retention walls from a solid interlocking concrete block, ensuring each wall was sturdy and stable. These retention walls are not just capable of containing soil erosion; they also create gorgeous tiered gardens with opportunities to plant and grow beautiful plants. We built a fabulous backyard walkway from natural stone pavers to compliment the retention walls. The stone pavers easily tie into the surrounding landscape; simply stunning! The unique paver pattern provides visual interest while also offering a non-slip surface to prevent injury. The experienced challenges of varying elevation in the backyard which required leveling and planning both before and during the work done for drains to function properly; easy enough for a skilled team. Our professionals were able to properly plan and smoothly grade the background allowing for transitions anywhere on the property while adding visual interest as well. So what did they receive? An unbelievably gorgeous outdoor space that exceeded their expectations. The retention walls obviously improve curb appeal as well as creating the perfect space for the family to congregate and enjoy the outdoors.
