This recent in Tustin is a complete interior, kitchen and bath remodel that is a great example of what we do best, combining the best in modern looks with durable and functional design. The Kitchen Completely Transformed The heart of the home, the kitchen, underwent a full transformation. For countertops, we chose premium quartz with ease of maintenance but a more elegant touch. The space provided for plenty of storage with custom walnut cabinetry further promoting the warmth of the environment. The island adds built-in seating, inviting families and foodies to prepare and congregate an ideal recipe for entertaining. Then there were the bathrooms decadent. Some luxe features, such as rainfall showerheads and freestanding soaking tubs were introduced for a spa-like experience. Porcelain tiles, which are not smooth, were used in a patterned fashion, adding texture and visual interest. We solved the low square footage issue by optimizing layouts to make sure that every bathroom felt spacious but also functional. Another very big part of this was landscaping. Developed a fabulous drought-tolerant exterior including native plants to create a colorful and lush atmosphere to tie the home to the landscape. Instead, visitors now walk through a lushly designed garden shaded by trees and trimmed with ornamental grasses and flowering shrubs that bloom at different times of the year along a new stone path from the entrance. Not only did this contribute to the curb appeal, but it also created a peaceful outdoor oasis for the homeowners. The end result was a seamless marriage of stunning interiors and stunning architecture in this case really took our client beyond their expectations.
