Shores Deck & Patio Cover Graves Landscape & Outdoor Living Introducing: Shores Deck & Patio Cover by Graves Landscape & Outdoor Living, a beautiful remodel that integrates modern style and natural beauty over outdoor living Via Freshome This was conceptualized and designed in the center of the Dallas area for our repeating clients in communities including Rockwall, Murphy, and Heath to create outdoor experiences. At the centre of the is the large use of composite decking (composite decking) we have used a high quality, durable and low maintenance product. On top of these features, we added a stunning patio cover that displays magnificent beams and an attractive but functional roof structure that can provide some shade on hot Texas summers. Natural stone accents around the base gave an organic feel and connected the building to its surroundings. One of the biggest challenges we had to overcome was how unlevel the site was originally which needed to be graded properly for the foundation of the deck and patio cover to be safe and look great. To address this challenge, our team leveraged all its know-how and advanced techniques to build a properly mat while guaranteeing that nearby vegetation is kept intact. We added flower beds full of native plants that offer wildlife habitat and seasonal color, and selected the other landscaping features to beautify the site. They added low-voltage lighting throughout the deck and patio area to establish an enticing ambiance for evening entertaining. The result is an amazing place to escape outdoors that blew our clients away, block by block reconstructing their backyard like luxury resort. Not only did the Shores Deck & Patio Cover add value to the property, but it also provided a place for the family to gather as you could easily enjoy the large open patio & the upper deck with the cover.
