JAMES PAVER DECKING REMODEL By: Graves Landscape & Outdoor Living Graves Landscape & Outdoor Living recently had an opportunity to complete the 'James Paver Decking Remodel' for a beautiful Dallas residential outdoor space. For this it was their existing patio area that was our focus, where our team tore out and replaced it with beautiful, seamless interlocking pavers. The pavers come in warm colors that complemented the adjacent earth wonderfully and added great value to it's sophistication. This remodel was not without its challenges, one in particular was an uneven area with drainage issues that has existed for many years. We had a hard working group on the site digging and re-grading to make sure there would not be any water flow away from these areas that cause erosion and puddling. The careful detailing not only made the appearance better but also ensured the longevity of the decks. We established a cohesive connection between the paver deck and the abundant nature beyond by introducing lush landscaping features such as low-maintenance shrubs, fresh perennials, and other colorful plantings that softly intertwined nature with the living space. The end result was a beautiful backyard oasis with with lots of space to entertain guests around the firepit and enjoy a peaceful night stargazing. Our attention to detail, superior craftsmanship and customer service resulted in a beautiful deck remodel that was beyond the clients expectations.
