The Greenway Modern Patio Cover is a fabulous outdoor addition featuring great functionality and beauty, and is presented by Graves Landscape & Outdoor Living. This will demonstrate our commitment to quality and innovation while serving the great communities of Dallas, Fate, Garland, Heath, and a bit further! This modern patio cover was built using high-grade cedar timber, which is both naturally beautiful and cost effective. After that we fitted in a modern aluminum frame for extra durability and keeping the overall structure strong enough to sustain against natural forces while allowing plenty of shade. It fits in the most minimalist way, with clean lines, that contemporary architectural designs have been taking advantage of to reconnect with the landscape it lives in. Space was another big challenge faced as the backyard size was quite compact which required a lot of planning and smart design inputs. Using 3D modeling, our experienced team figured out where everything would go, to make the most of the space availablewhile also enabling easy access between the garden and the pool. Besides the patio cover we added, we also added low maintenance landscaping features such as indigenous plants and decorative gravel walkways that help complete the vision. This sustainable design brings an aesthetic touch to the area whilst promoting environmental stewardship as well. All of our hard work led to a beautiful outdoor sanctuary that both the client and us were thrilled with. Now with the Greenway Modern Patio Cover, this is an ideal place for family and friends to spend time in comfort and shade.
