Ridge Pool Remodel & Cantilever Cover from Graves Landscape & Outdoor Living The 'Ridge Pool Remodel & Cantilever Cover' is the latest in a series of groundbreaking builds by Graves Landscape & Outdoor Living, two of which won this year's 2023 APLD Awards, and defined outdoor luxury for our clients and their surrounding communities near Dallas, Fate, Garland and Rockwall. This award-winning was carefully designed to improve the performance and beauty, and connect the pool space to the landscape. For the remodel, modern travertine tiles are used to re-analyze the existing pool, the new tiles not only make beauty but are also carefully designed for slip resistance, making this area comfortable even for families with small children. The cantilever cover, made of durable high-grade aluminum, with a modern sleek finish, ensures maximum shade whilst remaining a fully open-air area, making it the perfect pool-of-all-season even between the hottest months of the year. The area around the pool was also a challenge because of its uneven floor. With our highly skilled team here at Graves Landscape, we took care of this as part of a total grading solution, leveling the area while also allowing for improved drainage by ensuring there would be no build-up of water and allowing for a long-lasting installation. Native and ornamental grasses and other landscape elements were also supplemented to be drought resistant, easy to maintain, and work harmoniously with the new pool design. The end result was exactly the stunning outside space our clients dreamed of, with a pool that beckons and a landscape that evokes elegance while celebrating the whimsy of nature. It transformed the look of their outdoor living area, and gave them a place to kick back and hang out.
