At the heart of Harmony Springs is a custom-designed water feature, complete with a waterfall that spills into a koi pond. The water feature includes natural stone, sourced from local quarries. While beautiful to see, it also adds soothing sound that offers tranquility throughout the property. The landscape design is complemented by carefully selected native plantings, specifically chosen for their low maintenance and compatibility with Colorado's climate. The wildflowers and ornamental grasses offer colorful textures on all year-round. In addition, the boulders were a beautiful addition to the space, providing natural seating and reinforcing the organic nature of the space. One of the largest obstacles was the undulating topography of the property. Our skilled crew utilized a grading machine to level and create proper drainage and tiered planting beds, adding some depth to the space. The permeable pavers in the pathways, not only added natural beauty to the space but allowed for better management of the water coming into the space, reducing runoff and supporting local ecosystems. Additionally, there is an expansive entertainment are with a custom pergola outfitted with lights and fire pit built in, offering a beautiful entertaining spaces and accommodating evenings outside looking at the stars.
