Mountain View Expansion by Elite Landscape & Outdoor Living Situated within the beautiful foothills of the Rockies, Mountain View Expansion was a built on the craftsmanship and skill that Elite Landscape & Outdoor Living is known for. This reflects not just the craftsmanship at Elite Landscape & Outdoor Living, but also our love for growing our outdoor living service across Aurora, Castle Rock, and Evergreen. This highly creative landscaping involved transforming a sloping site into an exquisite multi-level garden that responded and connected well with the surrounding area. A series of terraced patios were designed, created from locally-sourced flagstones, and combined as inviting social spaces showcasing beautiful mountain views and lasting durable material choices. The careful selection of construction materials was of paramount importance in ensuring longevity and beauty to provide an outdoor living space that would look fresh, and workable through each season. One primary consideration when tackling the overall was the steep slope of the overall site. We carefully engineered a series of retaining walls in natural stone, providing structural support, while being pleasing to the eye. In addition, plantings were installed between each wall to include interest, and attract pollinators, while enhancing biodiversity. The overall is a balance of hardscaping and softscaping elements, including meandering pathways, beautiful flower beds, and site lighting that offers a warm glow that shows nature's beauty at dusk. Our clients were thrilled with the ultimate design. They thanked us for the that not only transformed their property but created usable outdoor social living space for their family to gather among beautiful scenery.
