Video is Worth a Million Words The 'Video is Worth a Million Words,' a GLC Lawn & Landscaping LLC , demonstrates our dedication to craftsmanship and ingenuity in landscaping. Located in Belleville, this was the complete transformation of a residential customer's backyard into a space that melded function and form. As part of the , we installed an incredible multi-tiered garden with native plants well suited to our local environment (LOL). We provided colorful perennials, ornamental grasses, and fruiting plants along with decorative shrubs to diversify the aesthetic value of the while creating biodiversity and wildlife habitat. We made a conscious effort to use quality materials from located businesses throughout the , including natural stone pavers for the patio area and timber from a local sawmill for the raised garden beds. The biggest obstacle was dealing with the sloped site which led to us providing grading and drainage solutions for the area to allow for proper drainage and runoff of water. Our crews dealt with this marginal challenge by utilizing a new drainage system that dealt with excess water runoff, allowing the landscape to stay in place as it was simply moved on top of the ground. Overall, the final product was breathtaking, with a warm inviting firepit for gatherings around friends and family within a peaceful water feature. When completed, the customer was ecstatic regarding how their new space reflected their lifestyle values and provided an 'escape' from their busy lifestyle. GLC Lawn & Landscape LLC takes pride in the final product as well as the process. Our focus is on all , going above and beyond for our customers at every turn.
