Bay 2.5 | Art Of Turf Inc. Art Of Turf Inc. is pleased to showcase their latest landscaping " Bay 2.5 " recently finished in the beautiful set of cities, Berkeley and San Leandro. Our latest landscaping which focuses on improving outdoor spaces reflects our core competency & innovation in quality landscaping works. Deeply beautiful, yet leaving no footprint, The Bay 2.5 presents an appealing fusion of hardscape in the form of elegant paver patio paved with solid and sourced sustainable materials, and softscape elements. Combined with a contemporary firepit, it makes an ideal space for socializing and the low-maintenance artificial turf offers a fresh green carpet throughout every season, delivering aesthetics without the headaches of a conventional lawn. The biggest items we battled were the uneveness of the property and grading for drainage and appearance. Our experienced team was able to overcome this by utilizing contouring methods, providing functional and beautiful outdoor spaces. We taught them how to provide more biodiversity by adding in native plants that flourish in the existing climate, which also used less water. The end result of Bay 2.5 is a balance of nature and design, providing the client with a personal sanctuary, tailor-made to suit their tastes. Lighting is used strategically to highlight the landscaping at night, resulting in a magical atmosphere. Needless to say, our client was overjoyed, as they have a lovely outdoor area to use for entertaining, which not only serves the purpose but also enhances the beauty of the property.
