BOTANIKO RESIDENCE The Landscaping People, Inc. is pleased to announce that the BOTANIKO RESIDENCE has been completed in which we offered a beautiful blend of nature's charm and contemporary sophistication. We serve the vibrate communities of Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, and surrounding areas, and we undertook this entire landscaping to create a tranquil retreat reflective of luxury living. For BOTANIKO RESIDENCE, we designed a lush landscape filled with various native and tropical plants that would thrive in the local climate and protect the natural beauty of the property. From the exceptional bougainvillea spilling over exquisite trellises, to the calming atmosphere of ornamental grasses, each plant was hand-selected to complement the overall aesthetic of the residence. First class materials such as natural stone walkways and custom wood features evoke elegance, quality, and durability. One of the challenges we faced, was the uneven nature of the land which impeded the cohesiveness and enticing layout of the property and required solutions that were inventive. Our qualified team expertly graded the uneven land, introduced retaining walls and asked clients to incorporate tiered gardens to accomplish the challenge of uneven land and create entertainment and visual elements throughout their landscape. The water feature was a prominent request from the clients and we hand crafted a beautiful koi pond featuring a sleek waterfall that created tranquil sounds for the property as well as attracted birds, butterflies, and wildlife. All sustainable materials were utilized from local stone quarries to achieve the desired aesthetic that blended into a living landscape. The final product was a remarkable landscape that exceeded the clients expectations and offered the seclusion needed for their sanctuary for weekly entertainment and family relaxation. The overall lush greenness and diversity of foliage and spectacular spaces have now made the BOTANIKO RESIDENCE a gem within the community. We were able to produce a landscape with unique craftsmanship and attention to detail, that pleased our clients and increased their property value as well.
