About This Project

Contemporary Patio Downtown Chattanooga Full Circle Land Design, LLC is proud to introduce our most recent landscape the Contemporary Patio Downtown Chattanooga. This gorgeous outdoor space was built in the middle of the city and designed to harmonize with its urban context, while providing a peaceful getaway for its clients. The Contemporary Patio has a nice new, modern patio built of quality porcelain tiles that will hold up. The patio is encompassed with a beautiful, handcrafted, wooden pergola that has climbing vines that create a nice shade and add grace. Included in the patio are integrated LED lights that transition the space from day to night, including color options. A key challenge for this was the site slope. Traditionally, these situations required grading and understanding of drainage that would have resulted in a huge mess and never were accessible. Our team successfully worked through these challenges by fabricating strong retaining walls made of locally sourced stone, to add rustic charm to the contemporary feel of the . We also incorporated lush, low-maintenance landscaping, utilizing a variety of native plants that are sustainable and low-water use plants that grow well in the Chattanooga climate. The built-in fire pit adds charm and the outdoor dining area creates a relaxing entertainment area. In summary, we created a beautiful contemporary patio that encapsulated the client’s vision and enhanced their outdoor space. They loved what we accomplished and were thrilled with the total transformation because they inspired a space that complemented their style and embraced nature.
