Our is at the forefront of our service territory and was intended to wrap around a very busy retail center that needed some attention to the outdoor spaces, providing a space for its guests and employees. The scope of work involved achieving lush native plant beds that were pre-selected for their resiliency and seasonal interest, planting a wide variety of perennials, ornamental grasses, or flowering shrubs, to achieve great tone-on-tone colorations throughout the seasons. When combining the materials, we opted for durable and eco-friendly construction, employing permeable pavers for walkways to achieve sustainable water management and reducing run-off flooding. One of the larger hurdles with an initial walk of the site was the variance of the topography of the area. We did our professional best to grade the landscape to work with the grades of the area for proper drainage capabilities and visually aesthetic contours of the area as well. As part of the functional water management for the landscape, we also installed a state-of-the-art irrigation system that conserves the water use and improves the health of all the plantings. The overall scopes also had decorative boulders and natural stone walls that not only provided structural support, control of the general landscape but provided overall classiness to the outdoor property. Pathways were lined with a low voltage landscape lighting that provided a warm ambiance to the space if communities wanted to capture some time to reflect among the flowers and natural surroundings. The overall result was absolutely amazing. The newly refreshed landscape increased foot traffic to the area and the community started to comment on the views and the overall beauty of the landscape. The patron of the property was extremely satisfied with the new look and commented to us that the new landscape performed a refresh of their curb appeal and experience felt increased for their patrons.
