The Wallace Residence is a stunning example of a NetZero home, meticulously crafted to meet the environmental aspirations of its owners, who are deeply passionate about culture, science, and nature. Nestled alongside a serene private lake in Loveland, Colorado, this residence harmoniously integrates sustainable living with artistic expression. The homeowners, one a biochemist and the other a ceramic artist, collaborated closely throughout the design process, ensuring that every detail reflected their values and lifestyle. The architectural design emphasizes both functionality and aesthetics, creating a space that is as inviting as it is environmentally responsible. Key to the project was the incorporation of geothermal technology, which not only minimizes the home’s energy consumption but also enhances its comfort and livability.
