Located in Beltsville, MD, this renovation focused on enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal across the home, particularly on the first floor and the master suite upstairs. The original kitchen underwent a complete overhaul, introducing new cabinets and finishes that radiate brightness and warmth. A strategic removal of a desk area allowed for the integration of much-needed pantry space, optimizing the kitchen's efficiency while maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. The relocation of the sink not only enhanced the kitchen's layout but also created a stunning corner feature, highlighted by a striking glass tile accent wall and a charming farm sink that serves as a focal point. In the master bathroom, a design shift was initiated by removing a corner tub, paving the way for a larger, more luxurious shower and a soaking tub that aligns with the clients’ lifestyle preferences. This decision not only improved the spatial dynamics but also introduced a spa-like ambiance. The use of a variety of square tiles adds a contemporary touch, beautifully framing the pair of square windows positioned above the tub. A thoughtfully designed square opening between the tub and the shower fosters an open feel, allowing natural light to permeate the space and creating a seamless transition between the two fixtures.
