Woodland Garden embassy landscape group Embassy Landscape Group proudly presents the Woodland Garden, a stunning landscaping created in the tranquil neighborhoods of Kansas City which spread across Gladstone, Houston Lake, and Parkville. The garden was created to blend beautifully with the surrounding landscape and provide a space of rest for the homeowners. The Woodland Garden is planted with a diverse array of locally native plants to provide habitat for wildlife. Focusing on environmental conservation, we choose organic materials like reclaimed rock and natural source mulch which improved the visual appeal without harming nature. For the design we used winding paths of local flagstone that allow visitors to meander through the trees and flowers. A major hurdle of the was converting a hill-side into a welcoming, usable space. We built tiered planting beds and retaining walls to help with erosion and to also create layers within the landscape with our extroverted hands. Also on site is a wooded arbor which was made specifically to catch visitors and encourage them to take a moment to appreciate the landscape. It results in a stunning Woodland Garden that marries the utility of outdoor spaces with the natural beauty of nature. The clients were overjoyed with the transformation and told me this has becaome the favourite meeting place for friends and family. What is your favourite feature of the ?
