"Patio", an outdoor renovation based in New England, one of the most professional works in the region for customers in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. One of our most recent outdoor s, which has taken a marginally used back yard and turned it into an outdoor oasis, reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship and design. Paving stones are from local quarries and are a durable, weather resistant material that complement the centerpiece stone paver surface of the patio. The warm tones of the pavers fit in seamlessly with the natural surroundings to give a peaceful appearance for relaxation or entertainment. To elevate the exterior feel, we introduced a seating wall crafted with natural stone to offer both beauty and utility, making it perfect for small celebrations or big family barbecues. The original site had a lot of uneven ground, which is one of the reasons that was a big hurdle for us. We knew both of these tasks needed to be accomplished but our team was able to level out the lawn without destroying the beauty of the land while also ensuring that there would not be improper drainage of the soil but yet proper footing of the soil as well. We also added a low voltage landscape lighting system to showcase feature areas of the patio with a low warm glow during the evening use. They carefully integrated huge plants of native shrubs and ornamental grasses to fill up the whole composition, creating low plantings around the lines of the installation providing visual interest along with biodiversity benefits. The end product is an harmony of outdoor living that surpasses the clients dream and combines elegance with functionality. A very happy client loved the results and commented on the usual high quality and attention to detail that D.W. Burr Landscape and Design Inc. always delivers. This 'patio' proof of our commitment to providing landscaping of the highest order, and delivers the ideal scene background for lasting memories for years to come.
