Curb Appeal by Landscape Studio At Landscape Studio, we know that the impression is what matters - particularly when it involves your home! This , which we affectionately d "Curb Appeal," sought to maximize the exterior character of a gorgeous home in the heart of Roswell, making it better fit among the other beautiful homes in the vibrant neighborhoods surrounding Alpharetta and Sandy Springs. This started with an in-depth consultation to better understand our clients' style and vision. Paying attention to quality, we carefully selected only the highest quality of materials, including natural stone walkways, perennial garden color, and long-lasting hardwood mulch. We also developed a landscape design that included a stunning mix of native plants to add color but not only that, support local biodiversity on the property...we needed to balance creating a low-maintenance landscape that looks great and gets noticed. Perhaps the greatest challenge was managing the gradation of the front yard and draining water away from the new plants without negative impact on the property. Our skilled team engineered a gentle slope, incorporated a french drain to drain water away from the foundation, all while considering the overall landscape design. The transformation was incredible! Lush greens, accented boulders, and a well-placed path all led guests to the front door, while tasteful lighting highlighted the garden by night. We enjoyed working with this client; they were thrilled with the outcome, noting that their "Curb Appeal" only improved the aesthetics of the property, but also its overall value and appeal, in their crowded real estate setting in Buckhead Atlanta.
